Return Process

  Log into your AlwaysWonder account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn fashion pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
